For this first batch I used this recipe (which is slightly different from Scooby's);
100 Grams of Peanut Butter
100 Grams of Hemp Protein Powder
200 Grams of Oats
A hand-full of Chocolate chips
30 grams of Cocoa Powder
Hemp Milk (Add as required)
Dessicated Coconut
There's no cooking required. Just mix everything apart from the coconut in a bowl, using the hemp milk to help everything bind.
Warning - This mixture is sticky, so you'll end up with hands like this...

.... On the plus side it is fun cleaning up by eating the mixture off of your hands.
After mixing it all together I took pieces of the mixture and rolled it in the coconut and squashed them into various shapes.

Once done with that I put them in the fridge to set.
From my calculations each bar should contain 6-10 grams of protein (I wasn't very consistent with the sizes). Not as much as Scooby's, but the hemp protein powder has a lower percentage of protein, and I used less.
EDIT: At first the bars were quite soft but after a few days they dried out and they eating process became much easier!
