seventeen minute run (Janathon day 23)

Janathon day 23 was just a quick lunchtime run.

I headed over to St. James's Park, did one lap around the perimeter. Then went inside, over the bridge and then back towards the office.

There were lots of tourists, ducks, pigeons, runners and squirrels.
