I'm saving my legs for parkrun on Saturday, but as I am back at work I now have access to some dumb-bells, so.........

... today I did a quick lunchtime chest workout with the dumb-bells. I warmed up with the 6kg pair (2 x 20 reps), and then used the 2x10kg weights to do the actual workout (5 x 20 reps).
